All items are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner. Orders are produced first, then shipped.
Fulfillment time
Average fulfillment time is 2–5 business days (this is the time to make your product before it ships). During peak periods some orders may take closer to the higher end of the estimate.

Address issues & unclaimed packages
If an address is provided incorrectly/insufficiently, the parcel may be returned to the facility; reshipment costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Unclaimed returns are held for a limited time; if not claimed, they may be donated to charity after 30 days.
“Delivered” but not received
If the carrier marks an order as Delivered but it can’t be located, replacements are not covered by our production partner. If needed, we can arrange a replacement order at cost.
Returns & exchanges
We’ll replace or refund items that arrive misprinted, damaged, or defective. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos.
Because items are made to order, we don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size/fit issues.
Hygiene-sealed items (e.g., face masks) are not returnable and aren’t eligible for reshipping if returned.

Returns & Refunds Policy
Our products are made to order. We happily resolve issues caused by manufacturing or shipping problems, but we don’t accept returns for change of mind or size exchanges.
Eligibility window
Damaged, misprinted, or defective items: contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photos.
Lost in transit: contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
What we’ll do
For approved claims due to manufacturing error or damage, we’ll provide a free reprint or a refund (you usually don’t need to return the item). We may ask for photos and the order number to investigate.
Not eligible
Buyer’s remorse / size or fit issues (please check size charts before ordering)
Hygiene-sealed goods (e.g., face masks) — not returnable; if returned, they are disposed of and not reshipped
Orders marked Delivered by the carrier but reported as missing (we can place a replacement at cost)
