Installation / Usage Tips

Place the unit on a sturdy, level bench and secure it before use. Turn the gear to set the visible scale for your desired fill volume. Use the appropriate nozzle (0.16"/4 mm or 0.31"/8 mm) depending on fluid viscosity—larger nozzle for thicker liquids like honey. Lubricate and inspect O-rings and seals regularly; tighten fittings with the included 4# and 5# hex wrenches. For hygienic use with food or cosmetic products, clean the hopper and nozzle with warm soapy water and sanitize before production. Operate by pulling the spring head lever smoothly for consistent fills.
