Privacy

Short version: this website does not track you. No analytics, no cookies, no tracking pixels, no embedded video. Nothing about your visit is recorded, and the only thing we ever receive is what you choose to send us.

What that means in practice

• We do not know you were here, and we cannot tell you apart from anyone else.
• There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
• Everything the page needs — images and styles — is served from this site.

The contact form

If you send the form, we receive the name, email address and message you typed, plus the IP address the request came from. The IP is there to stop the form being abused for spam; nothing else uses it.

The form is handled on our own servers — your message is not passed through a third-party form service. It arrives as an email at support@coocosh.com and stays in that mailbox. We use it to reply and for nothing else: no mailing list, no profiling, no sharing.

We keep messages while they are still useful to answer or refer back to, and delete them when they are not. Ask us and we will delete yours sooner.

If you email us directly

Writing to support@coocosh.com means we have your message and your address. Same rules: we use them to reply and nothing else.

Our apps are separate

Apps are different from websites: they have accounts, purchases and settings. Meowsona has its own privacy policy covering what it stores and when — see meowsona.com/privacy.

Changes

If this site ever gains a contact form or anything else that handles your data, this page is updated before that goes live, and the date above changes with it.
