To restore full loft after unpacking or storage:

• Method 1: Unroll the compressed insert and manually fluff by pressing, squeezing, and folding until it regains shape. Let rest up to 24 hours for full recovery.
• Method 2: Place the pillow insert in the dryer on low heat for 5–10 minutes to help it become fluffy.
• Adjust loft using the zippered closure—add or remove cotton to achieve your preferred height and firmness.
• For routine care, remove and machine-wash the cover; spot-clean the inner filling as needed and allow to air dry completely before reassembly.
