Installation / Usage Tips
- Place the stepper on a flat, stable surface — avoid loose rugs or uneven flooring.
- Start with a low stride and comfortable resistance; increase pedal height or resistance gradually using the front knob as your balance and stamina improve.
- Use the resistance bands for arm curls, presses or rows to turn a lower-body session into a whole-body workout.
- Keep hands clear of the hydraulic shock absorber and strength cable during and immediately after training to avoid injury.
- Wipe down pedals and bands after use and store the unit in a dry place. The stepper is pre-installed and ready to use straight out of the box.
