• Match mandrel size to the rivet nut and pre-drill the mounting hole to the recommended diameter for a secure installation.
• Hand-start the rivet nut onto the mandrel; ensure threads engage before applying full pressure.
• Use the long handle leverage and keep steady, even pressure for consistent pulls; semi-auto retraction completes in 2–3 repetitions.
• Do not exceed the maximum 8 mm stroke; inspect mandrels for wear and keep them lightly lubricated for smooth operation.
• Wear safety glasses and gloves while installing; keep fingers away from the jaw area during operation.
