Installation / Usage Tips
- Place the veterinary SpO2 probe on the animal's ear or gently on the tongue where perfusion is good; keep the animal calm and still during measurement.
- Ensure the sensor site is clean and free of excessive hair, dirt, or moisture for accurate readings.
- Use two fresh AA batteries and check battery status before long sessions; replace batteries when low to avoid interrupted readings.
- Avoid direct intense light on the sensor; indoor ambient light is acceptable thanks to the unit's resistance to surrounding light.
- To upload or review stored data, connect the unit to a PC using the included data line and follow the user manual instructions for software use.
