Made from 80% organic cotton and 20% recycled polyester (Outside: 100% organic cotton). To maintain the vibrant design, machine wash cold with like colors, tumble dry low or hang dry, and avoid bleaching or ironing directly on the print.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Our products are made to order . We happily resolve issues caused by manufacturing or shipping problems, but we don’t accept returns for change of mind or size exchanges.
Eligibility window
• Damaged, misprinted, or defective items: contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photos.
• Lost in transit: contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
What we’ll do
For approved claims due to manufacturing error or damage, we’ll provide a free reprint or a refund (you usually don’t need to return the item). We may ask for photos and the order number to investigate.
Not eligible
• Buyer’s remorse / size or fit issues (please check size charts before ordering)
• Hygiene-sealed goods (e.g., face masks) — not returnable; if returned, they are disposed of and not reshipped
• Orders marked Delivered by the carrier but reported as missing (we can place a replacement at cost)
Address problems & unclaimed returns
• If the original shipping address was incorrect/insufficient, reshipment costs must be covered by the customer .
• Returned/unclaimed packages are held for a limited time. If unclaimed, they may be donated to charity after 30 days .
Return address
By default, returns are routed to the fulfillment facility that processed your order (the return address on the label). Please email us before sending any return so we can confirm handling.
How to start a claim
• Email support@coocosh.com within the applicable 30-day window.
• Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product/packaging.
• We’ll review and confirm the resolution (reprint or refund) and, if needed, provide instructions.
