Returns & Refunds Policy

Our products are made to order. We happily resolve issues caused by manufacturing or shipping problems, but we don’t accept returns for change of mind or size exchanges.

Eligibility window

Damaged, misprinted, or defective items: contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photos.
Lost in transit: contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

What we’ll do

For approved claims due to manufacturing error or damage, we’ll provide a free reprint or a refund (you usually don’t need to return the item). We may ask for photos and the order number to investigate.

Not eligible

Buyer’s remorse / size or fit issues (please check size charts before ordering)
Hygiene-sealed goods (e.g., face masks) — not returnable; if returned, they are disposed of and not reshipped
Orders marked Delivered by the carrier but reported as missing (we can place a replacement at cost)

Address problems & unclaimed returns

If the original shipping address was incorrect/insufficient, reshipment costs must be covered by the customer.
Returned/unclaimed packages are held for a limited time. If unclaimed, they may be donated to charity after 30 days.
